Meet Gingerbell...

...she's the new sassy pants over at The Greeting Farm!

This pretty kitty is a full stamp set with some pretty stinkin' cute little sentiments and of course....a gratuitous mouse ;) hee hee.

Before I go on, I want to congratulate MARIANNE! You are the winner of the Gingerbell stamp set! Please email me your address and Marie will get your set out to you! CONGRATS! Can't wait to see what you do with it!

I used the "Happy Anyaversary" Designer Paper from The Greeting Farm to put together this card and used last Friday's Taylored Expressions sketch (TESC80) as my layout. LOVE the TESC's as you all know ;)

Well, tomorrow is the big day! THREE new singles plus this cute Gingerbell stamp set will all be available! Also, be sure to help me send a shout out once again to CINDY HAFFNER and KADIE ENSLEY, our two new FARMERS on the TGF DT! These two wonderful ladies are just as sweet as they are talented...that speaks volumes right there and I am THRILLED to have them on the team!

HAPPY STAMPING, everyone!

Meet Ben...

***BE SURE TO SCROLL DOWN TO ENTER TO WIN ONE OF THE NEW RELEASES FROM THE GREETING FARM...you have until 11:59 PM CST TONIGHT!***...is he not the SWEETEST???

Ben is a digital image that I purchased from a really awesome blog I found recently called Mo's Digital Pencil Too. Artist Maureen "Mo" Manning has a fabulous Etsy store full of hand-drawn, whimsical images and although I don't work with digi's often, I could NOT resist this sweet boy!

He was TOO much fun to color and reminds me of my sweet boys when they were little and still had those pudgy "baby" arms...oh how I miss them!

The "thinking of you " sentiment is from my Butterfly Wishes set, available at The Greeting Farm.

Well, that's all for today...I hope you enjoy! I will be back tomorrow but for now, enjoy the simple life like little Ben here...I'm off to cuddle with my little ones, speaking of which :)

Don't forget to come back tomorrow for the FULL reveal of my TGF Card and the winner of the stamp set that I made it with! Lots of prizes this week as The Greeting Farm releases THREE NEW SINGLES and a SET on Tuesday, September 1st!

Hugs and stuff,
Jessica :)

***PLEASE scroll down for a Farm Fresh Friday post and some fun news from The Greeting Farm***

Thank you so much for coming back today-I got so excited about this sketch challenge, TESC80 over at Taylored Expressions today and when I saw the ever-amazing Lori Craig's card over on Taylor's Blog, I just had to play right away!

I am LOVING this Berries and Cherries set and the AWESOME Key Ingredients set that I purchased to go along with it...as you can see the sketch just came out this morning and I'm done because this kit practically made the card FOR me! I am also excited about the next Taylored Expressions release that appears to be coming...soon! Well, dontcha know there goes my wallet!
This card is for my Mom. She has done SO much for us since we've moved to help us get settled and she just so happens to have a pie coming her way...a cherry pie, along with it ;) I bet she might read this but hopefully not til after I get there ;) If you do though Mom...how's a little dessert from the Loveless Cafe sound?? hee hee

Thanks for hanging with me again today...now go, quick, eat something sweet! ;)

Summery Sunflower...

Hi friends,

I simply adore the images that I am lucky enough to work with by Stampavie.

I have such a wonderful time coloring up the images and they keep getting BETTER and BETTER!

We have SO much excitement in store these next few months!

You can read all about it on the Stampavie website. It's EXPLODING with new, fun, and ADORABLE new images by illustrators like Sarah Kay, Helz Cuppleditch, and you can get an early peek at the NEW holiday line by Gillian Roberts...OH MY is it CUTE!

This adorable image is by Tina Wenke, also fairly new to Stampavie. I used the "Mouse on Sunflower" image to create this card that was one of my submissions for the "Anni-VERVE-sary" sketch challenges this past month over on the VERVE stamps forum. Hope you enjoy it!

When you have the Key Ingredients...

...everything else just falls into place!

I made three cards this week (so far!) with the new Berries and Cherries set from Taylored Expressions! Sometimes a set just "gets" you as much as you get it, I suppose. You know what I mean?Add to that, for the first time ever I took the plunge and purchased the Key Ingredient kit that came with it, and I LOVE it! Aside from the coloring of the strawberries, the whole card took me less than 10 minutes to assemble and man! Talk about CUTE DP! The whole thing just comes together so nicely and Taylor doesn't skimp on the quality OR quantity in this kit...I love it! You'll be seeing more from me, especially since they're so easy to put together with all the cute papers and coordinating ribbons, brads, etc. Once again I was wowed with the Customer Service I received and had my order super quick. Can't beat that, right?

On my card today I used all key ingredient items after coloring up the main image from the Berries and Cherries set. I also love the TESC sketches so I used this week's TESC79 as my layout for this card.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it!

A Cherry-licious Color Combo...

*Please scroll down for Mercy's Tuesday sketch challenge and also a Prettie B-day Blog Hop...***

Ok, so you know when you get SO excited about "Happy mail" that you just can't hide it? Well, I am in looooove with the new Berries and Cherries stamp set from Taylored Expressions, so I just HAD to post a quick card now. This card is for today's Color Challenge on SCS: CC233 and also my 2nd submission for the FABULOUS TESC79 this week (yeah, it's upside down, LOL)!

Lots more to show you from this stamp set tomorrow, too, but I'm getting hungry now...so I'll see you soon! Pie, anyone???

Mmmmmmm.....

A Prettie Birthday Wish (Twilight Inspired!), a Sketch, and a Fond Farewell...

Hey everyone!

I've never done this before but I am "double-teaming" for this post today...literally! LOL! So, if you've just "landed" here from Charmaine's blog, thanks for coming and I have a funny story for you:
I don't know how this happened, but I have a card for you today that is not only for Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge, brought to you by the FABULOUS "Mercy's Muses" sketch team, but I also have a Prettie Birthday wish for our girl Jackie Pedro a.k.a. " Officer J"...who is not only a Prettie Girl, but a MUSE too! How bout that for a double dose of Birthday wishes!!!

Are y'all confused? LOL I kind of am-I know it's totally normal to combine challenges but it wasn't til I sat down to write this that I went, 'huh'...there are TWO teams here!

That being said, before I get to the sketch, and all that jazz, I do have some news. This will be my last post as a Prettie Girl (what does that make me now? LOL!) with Paper Pretties. I am finished designing for this AMAZING team as of today and I want to bid my fellow Prettie Girls, including our Prettie Mama, Christie, a very, very fond farewell.

I am so glad I met this truly amazing group of women and am so grateful for the lasting friendships I've made, and well, you know my heart will always be with little Sophia! In fact, be sure to check out the HUGE September release that will be coming your way in the form of sneak peeks in just a few days! I am going to try to come to the party still on the 1st (it's my Mom's birthday but I hope to squeeze in a Prettie Pajama party!) and hope you will too.

Now, onto our Prettie Birthday hop for the BIRTHDAY GIRL! If you've EVER been to Jackie's UBER FABULOUS BLOG, you'll know that she's as sweet as she is talented...and that speaks VOLUMES! You might also know she is a HUGE fan of Twilight! Yep, her neck belongs to Edward (along with a few million others we know, right? LOL!) SOooooo, we couldn't do a birthday hop WITHOUT it being 'Twilight Inspired", so our cards are all Red, White, and Black! And is this "Fictionally Inspired" stamp set from Artful Inkables not PERFECT for this? It totally looks like Sophia is making a wish and dreaming of Edward, right girls? ;)

I'm sorry that the pic is blurry-I was going to retake it but I've been having MAJOR issues w/ Mozilla still and can't see pics and accidentally uploaded the wrong one and deleted the right one!
Our next stop on the Hop is the BIRTHDAY GIRL HERSELF! Please show some looooove for our girl Jackie!

When you've done that, be sure to stop by the FANTASTICAL Mercy's Muses Sketch Team! They are:
Cindy Haffner
Crystal Birr
Jackie Pedro
Jessica Diedrich
Julie Lacey
Pam Speidel
Pam Varnell

our FABULOUS Guest MUSE, Shannan Teubner!

We'd love for you to play along this week with Mercy's Tuesday sketch! Be sure to leave a comment on Mercy's blog letting us know you played and use MTSC36 as this week's keyword! There were some AWESOME submissions this past week and we are so glad that you are enjoying he sketches as much as we are!

Well, thanks for stopping by and reading this SUPER long post and hopefully either way, you're not confoozed :D I guess it's a safe bet to say that no matter WHERE you came from or where you're headed, please stop by Jackie's blog and leave her some luuuuuuurve today!

LPS Monday...in some of my FAVE colors!

Hey everyone!

I hope you had a good weekend! We are dealing with the fallout of the first few weeks of school and ALL the germies that come along with it, lol. Seems like we are passing a few icky things around, but I had time to lay low in my stamp room and attempt to recover so that was sort of nice, right?

There are a lot of exciting things going on at Little Paper Shop this week! We have a fun color challenge, a sale, and a new FORUM!

This week, our color challenge is to use Bordering Blue, Kiwi Kiss, and Chocolate Chip. Talk about a yummy combo!I didn't have Bordering OR Kiwi, so I substituted Baja breeze and Ripe Avocado, but I think it came out close, don't you? I combined the challenge for LPS with this weeks' MojoJanette (Mojo Monday's week of sketches) and had a blast making this card!I really love the new Jena Fairy digi stamp-isn't she sweet? It's such a great all-occasion stamp and the flower is just so pretty!

We'd love to see what you can do with this week's challenge and I'm so excited to see more of my friends in blog land playing along! Don't forget to leave a comment on the LPS Blog because there are weekly prizes and lots of fun stuff going on there!

See you over there now and you can find out how to win a BONUS prize this week...just for checking out our new FORUM!

Happy Monday, all!
Jessica :)

Gettin' my Verve On...

...and LOVING every minute!

I was so excited when my new "Verveage" (as spoken by my friend and fellow Prettie Girl Jodi) came in the mail, I couldn't wait to get in some stampin' time this weekend!

Not to mention the fact that I got some more happy mail from Die Cuts R Us yesterday-and talk about fast shipping! BOTH companies, Verve and DCRU BOTH had my stuff to me in two days!

Add to that, Claudia got the new Nesties in before most companies did and so I'm proud to say I'm the happy owner of Blossom 2 and Labels 5...and I'm only getting started, LOL! I have quite the wishlist and KNOW that DCRU is where I'm gonna order from-she has the BEST prices on Spellbinders (they are $19.99 right now, even the NEW ones!) Cuttlebug embossing folders, and lots more!

Ok, so back to fury that was my stamp room this morning, I was able to bang out a few cards and couldn't wait to show you the first one!

This card uses the "To Risk" quote from Verve stamps which I actually got FREE with my order! Even better, right? I used my new Blossom 2 Nesties and followed the Mojo 100 sketch from last week...you guys all know I'm a sentiment girl, so this really made me happy.

Well, I'll be back with more later but I wanted to share that with y'all. I hope whatever you're doing this weekend, you have a BLAST doing it! Off to spend time w/ the fam now before more stamping this evening...enjoy!

xoxo
Jess ;)

TEAM Twilight?

Well, there is MUCH to discuss today...Twilight AND Teams...

That's cuz today is Farm Fresh Friday over at The Greeting Farm, and today we're doing a sketch by me! Here's the sketch:
Be sure to head on over to The Greeting Farm's blog today to see all the rest of the details for this week's Farm Fresh Friday.

So, this is the new Catcher Anya, one of the THREE NEW DIGIS that were released last month. I couldn't resist turning her into a Twilight-inspired card...hee hee. I'm going to have to send this card to my girl and fellow Twil-a-holic, Jodi Collins.

Hope you can play along with Farm Fresh Friday this week!

NOW, while we're on the subject of Teams......

...ALL I have to say is that you MIGHT want to go check out the Club Anya blog today and also the TGF Blog... because it's time for another "DRAFT"... ;)
Good luck to all!

HELP?

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I would LIKE to think of myself as computer literate but I JUST cannot figure this out.

I use Mozilla as my browser, and lately, I can't see pics on blogger, and when people send me tif files via email, it's hit or miss. Sometimes I can see them, sometime I cannot.

My primary concern though, is Blogger. I'd say probably half of the blogs I visit (and let me tell you, that's a lot!) I can see the text but no pics, but I KNOW the pics are there b/c other people comment on them.

Even on my own blog a few of my DT banners and such aren't showing up. Can YOU see all of them? I'd love to know! Thank you!

ADVICE? Please? Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome...I'm desperate to figure this out and just might have a "nutty" if I don't (be quiet, Prettie Girls...I hear you giggling...)

THANK YOU!
Jess ;)

You must be my Lucky Star...

...cuz you shine on me wherever you are... haha I couldn't resist! That song has been in my head all day since I made this card ;)

Soooo, we had a LITTLE surprise for you today at The Greeting Farm...not only is today the highly anticipated FARMER's MARKET, but Club Anya is excited to be having a "TEAM ANYA RELAY" today, too!

Yep...we weren't planning on a release for August after the big Bday bash, but we have THREE NEW DIGIS that we just couldn't wait to show you any longer! So, without further adieu, I bring you one of them:

This is Soccer Anya! She is one of THREE new Sporty Anyas released as Digital Stamps are are now available!

If you are just getting here to my blog from wherever you usually come from, be sure to head over to the Club Anya blog to start our Blog Hop a.k.a. Team Anya Relay!

If you're here from Janna's blog, then you know I'm the last stop on the hop and now you can head back to the Club Anya blog to leave a comment and be entered to win the THREE new digital stamps from The Greeting Farm!

Thanks for reading and I'll be back tomorrow with a really awesome new artist's stamp I found and can't wait to show you! Now go, make sure you head back over to Club Anya to comment so you can be entered to win!

MTSC35: Trying to Capture this Moment...

Hey everyone!

Happy, happy Tuesday to you all! I am in such a good mood this morning! I got AWESOME news yesterday about how well my DD is doing in school that I'm just on cloud nine! This move has been SUCH a blessing so far I can't even begin to explain, and it just keeps getting better!

Other than this wretched cold I'm fighting, our week is moving right along and I am thrilled to be bringing you another fun sketch by Mercy Kerin, for our Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge!

I LOVE this sketch, can I tell you!? I will most definitely be using it again and again. I used my Take Flight set by Gina K Designs which I LOOOVE and don't get to use as often as I should to create the background behind my sentiment, which is from my Butterfly Wishes set that's being sold by The Greeting Farm :)I bought a ton of this "Once Upon a Time " DP from DCWV on sale this past weekend...I LOVE it. It's so whimsical, elegant, almost vintage looking and has a ton of sparkle which I adore (I know, you're shocked right?)

My sweet friend Janna had given me these adorable Creative Options butterfly brads and I thought it would be perfect for this card. Hope you like it!

Don't forget to mosey along from here and visit the rest of the "Mercy's Muses" Design Team and also our FABULOUS Guest Designer this month, the incredible Shannan Teubner!

Our awesomely talented "Muses":
Now that you hopefully have a little inspiration, we'd LOVE for you to play along this week! Be sure to visit Mercy's blog to add your creation to Mr. Linky and if you upload to SCS, use keyword MTSC35.

Hope you enjoyed my post today and I'll be back soon! Have a great day, and tell someone you love that you appreciate them today! Unfortunately, I've had some events occur these past few days that are really letting me know who my friends are-just tough to deal with jealousy and the inability to be happy for people's successes, but at the end of the day, it only makes me more grateful for the real support system I have in my life! So whether you're a friend I talk to every day or just a fellow blogger who enjoys coming here and that I'm getting to know, please know that you are appreciated and I am super grateful!

Hugs,
Jessica :)

Here we go Round...

...The Little Paper Shop!

You SHOULD go around and check it out, actually, cuz LPS has a brand new look, a BRAND NEW website, and BRAND NEW STAMPS!

Today over at the LPS blog, we have a sketch challenge for you and also a comment contest to win this cute new stamp called {Katie Carousel}! One random winner will be chosen today and then you have all week to play along with us for the sketch challenge and then another random winner will be chosen next week!

Isn't this adorable carousel image just the sweetest reminder of youth? I swear, a ten cent ride in the middle of the mall (ok, who am I kidding, it's more like $2 now, LOL!) does the heart good-my kids could ride and ride for hours and not get bored! I was actually inspired to use the "Hugs Free" sentiment from the Sweet set because I was thinking about how many quarters I've probably put into these carousels over the years, LOL!Be sure to head on over to the LPS blog now to see what the rest of the DT created for you today-there is some major cuteness spreading throughout cyberspace today!

See you all tomorrow, peeps ;) I'm going to go rest-I think I'm coming down with a cold and I have too much to do to get sick!

Once Upon a Time...

...there was a nine year old girl who loved to read so much that she seemed to have been able to actually "jump" into it as if she were in a movie.

This card is for you, Madelynn. Keep reading. It broadens your horizons, brightens your outlook, and brings you great joy and I hope that never changes. I love you!

Love,
Mom :)P.S. Be sure to head over to The Greeting Farm's blog today for another Farm Fresh Friday challenge where you just might find this card, too! Have a great weekend, everyone!

For the Birthday Girl...

Hey everyone!

It's Prettie Wednesday today, but also just happens to be DT member (and recently, add stamp illustrator to her title!) Danielle Lounds's bday and I am so excited to be celebrating her!

That's right! It wouldn't be a Prettie Girls' birthday unless we had a Blog Hop, so if you're just starting out here today on my blog, be sure to head over to Jodi's blog to officially begin the festivities!

I am very excited to be wishing Danielle a happy birthday! You know when it comes to those people who are always on the top of your "list" of those stampers out there that you admire, Danielle is definitely on mine! Her beautiful designs always keep us oohing and ahhing and her coloring? Well, it's simply some of the best I've seen!

So for always being so encouraging and providing such a huge source of inspiration to us Prettie Girls, Danielle, I wish you the happiest of birthdays! I used the new Make a Wish Sophia from Paper Pretties to create Danielle's birthday card and used this week's challenge-a color combo! The challenge was to use Bermuda Bay and Soft Suede. Well, I don't have those colors so I improvised and used PTI Dark Chocolate w/ Ocean Tides and some of my favorite DP by My Mind's Eye.

The layout is from this week's Taylored Expressions sketch challenge, TESC77!

Well, I hope you've enjoyed our hop so far and be sure to head over now to Frances' blog to check out all the cuteness over there!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANIELLE!

MTSC24: Beary Fun Beach Day...

Hey everyone!

The internet has gone out on my twice tonight so I hope this autoposts...not sure if power is an issue somehow but I know that there are outages all over-in fact at 9pm tonight as I write this it is still 87 degrees here in Nashville! Hot, Hot, Hot!

What a perfect way to tie in the summer heat by showing you my card today for Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge!

Before I get into the deets, I need to share a SUPER AWESOME announcement on Mercy's Guest Designer this month...can I TELL you how excited I am to be working with THE Shannan Teubner? Shannan has LONG been one of my "stamping idols" and she just so happens to be SUPER sweet and hilarious, too! We are so excited to have her, so please join me in a warm, fuzzy welcome! You rock, Shannan!

I'm pretty excited about today's card too because I finally got to play with one of the ADORABLE new images from Stampavie, designed by Helz Cuppleditch. Have you guys seen the BRAND NEW Helz Cuppleditch line? These amazingly cute little critters are available at the end of this month and you can check out all 10 designs HERE.This adorable little bear is actually holding some wrapping paper and wrapping up a box of chocolates, but this week's challenge on the Stampavie DT blog is to create a Summer/Beach card so I cut off the bottom of the image and well...turned the wrapping paper into a beach towel! It works, right?

Well, my craft room is ALMOST unpacked, as is about 90% of the rest of the house, I'd say. I've been working like mad and not sleeping enough but I just can't stand the disarray. Things are paying off though, as I really love our new home. And, I'm really excited to be getting back into a routine...all of which includes stamping, of course!

Be sure to check out the rest of the "Muses", Mercy's Tuesday sketch Design Team to see what their takes were on this awesome sketch! I am always honored to be working with:
Want to play along this week? We'd LOVE to have you! Just link your project on Mercy's blog and if you upload them to a public gallery, be sure to use keyword MTSC34. While you're over at my girl Mercy's blog, be sure to leave her some LOOOOOVE and a HUGE congrats! Mercy is the new GUEST DIVA for VERVE stamps! Can you say FABULOUS!?!? Congrats, my friend!

Have a wonderful Tuesday, everyone!

Something ADORABLE is coming your way....

***thanks in advance for scrolling DOWN for a LITTLE PAPER SHOP post today, too! It's a colorful one!***

... can you STAND IT?!?!?

When Marie from The Greeting Farm asked my opinion about these new designs, I couldn't say "AMAZING" fast enough!

Meet Lottie, Izzy, and Madelynn...coming to you in November 2009!

This special sneak preview came to be because we just couldn't stand how cute these three are and wanted to share them with the world! So mark your calendars, everyone! You HAVE to have them, don't you?!?!

What's more? Well, barring anything going awry, this sassy and sweet trio is just the FIRST installment in the series...there is already more to come and I can tell you...you will NEED them!

Soooo.....want to meet them? I THOUGHT SO!

"Lottie"

"Izzy""Madelynn"
For those of you who might be wondering, yes, Madelynn is the name of one of my DD's. I can't even tell you how thrilled Madelynn was to have a stamp named after her. She is truly on cloud 9 and I can't thank Marie enough for doing this-it's insane!

So can you STAND the cuteness? I know I can't! These new designs not only are adorable, but they are SUPER fun to color up! My Copics and I had quite the little party this weekend and I sure hope you enjoyed this special preview....

...There is more to come soon and also, be sure to check out the TGF Blog today for more excitement! Cheers!

Everything's better in COLOR...

Picnics and Princesses and Pez-a-Doodle, Oh My!...

...how's that for a title, LOL.

A few weeks ago, I was asked by Marti and Taylor of Pez-A-Doodle Design Studio to do a Guest Spot today for and I can't believe it's here! Today is the DAY! I am honored to bring you Princess Priya, the latest in Pez-A-Doodle's International Princesses stamp line....and also the adorable "Picnicin' Ladybug" stamp set!Have you guys checked out the Pez-A-Doodle store? Not only do they carry their own line of high quality red rubber stamps, but Marti has a TON of awesome products as well! The stamps are super fun (and user friendly!) to color with Copics and there are a ton of other cute stamps for sale, too! I got a super clean impression and clear image with these stamps and I know you guys will love them!I used my Blossoms and Butterflies mat stack that my friend Michelle Oatman gave me for my birthday to make a fun summer theme for these two images. I think this might be one of my favorite DP packs ever! Stickles was the bling of choice today along with some pretty Prima flowers and AC brads :)

Be sure to head on over to the other Pez-A-Doodle Design Team's blogs and also to Jeanne Streiff's blog too as she is the other Guest Designer for today's release! I want to thank Marti, Taylor, and the rest of the DT for having me today; it was a blast making these fun summer cards! The Pez-A-Doodle Designers are:

Catherine
Taylor
Sandra
Kelly
Cheryl
Cathleen
Victoria
Anita
Erika
Jamie
Michelle

I hope you enjoyed these fun summer images and I'll see you back very soon with a card from Stampavie! Oh, how I've missed my stamping supplies during this move! Happy Friday everyone! ~ Jess :)

What a KICKER!...

...and yes, I'm talking about the joys of moving and not just this ADORABLE little Soccer Ian digital stamp from The Greeting Farm!

Well,...priorities..we have INTERNET in our new home LOL! Almost feels like I should be doing the happy dance, huh? Wow...it's amazing what happens to me without certain "creature comforts", right? Crazy. Well, I can't tell you where my stamps are at the moment, but I can show you this card that I made a few weeks ago and showed on the Club Anya blog but never showed here, and he's just too cute not to, right?

I LOVE his curly hair! I used the new "Dirty Rodeo" Designer Paper also from The Greeting Farm to create this card and colored him and his adorable hair with my Copic markers :)

Well, I'm gonna get back to boxes but I missed you guys and wanted to pop in and say hi! Take care and see you soon!

MTSC33: My Whimsical little one...

Hey everyone! Please be sure to scroll down for my DieCuts R Us Challenge info...you definitely won't want to miss it! If you have been wanting to try out the JustRite Stamper, or maybe you just got it and want to break it out of that box and play with it, THIS is the challenge for you!
Scroll down for more details :)

Today is the 2nd Challenge I am lucky enough to participate in as one of "Mercy's Muses", my friend Mercy Kerin's Tuesday Sketch Design Team. I know a lot of you are familiar with her AMAZING sketches, but just in case you're new to the scene, check them out HERE!Today's sketch was really fun for me because I got to use a non-DT stamp. Ok, truth be told this is an image that I stamped from my really good friend Janna's stash (I think it's a Sugar Nellie?) when I was visiting her in St. Louis a few months back and I had yet to color her up until last night! Most of my stuff is in boxes, but I left her out on purpose because she is SOOOO cute!Sorry the photo didnt' come out too well-the coloring is a lot more detailed but Im out of my element/groove this week, LOL. I do love this image though! She is so stinkin' sweet!

She reminds me so much of my little Ava with her curly ponytail and whimsical little expression! I had a blast coloring these with my Copics and also enjoyed breaking out my new JuneBug paper from BasicGrey.

We'd LOVE for you to play along this week! Just head on over to Mercy's blog and add your name to Mr. Linky, and if you upload to SCS or PCP make sure you leave her a comment and use keyword MTSC33, thanks!

Don't forget to check out the rest of the UBER talented Muses that I am honored to be working along side! They are:
See you in a few days after our internet is re-hooked up ;)

I love you, Mom...

...and Dad!

Well, our time here at Mom and Dad's is coming to a close but what a wonderful feeling it is to know that when we move into our new home, they will be about a 3 minute drive away!

The truck comes down tomorrow and very possibly I will be sleeping in my own bed in our new home tomorrow night. I can't believe it's finally here. In addition, after meet the teacher and half days, etc., the kids will have their first FULL day of school tomorrow! Crazy, huh? It's only August 3rd!

Well, with everything my parents have done for us, the meals, the helping with the kids, well, ALL the help they've given us, I wanted to make something SUPER special to thank them.My mom LOVES this window scene from Taylored Expressions. In fact, I've given her a few cards made with the Fresh Flowers set and she just loved it. So when I went to make her a thank you card, I knew exactly what I'd use.

This is one of my favorite stamp sets, too, I must admit. The coloring did take me a while but it always ends up looking so nice with these stamps. I really love the "glowing" effect you can acheive by using Copic Markers with these stamps.

I used the "I love you " sentiment from this stamp set and although it doesn't say half of what I'd like to my Mom and Dad, it's just that. I love them and I am so happy to be so close to them-and not just geographically :) I framed the sentiment in the Scalloped circle Nestabilities, which are available at an AWESOME PRICE over at DieCuts R Us!

Have you guys checked out the DCRU store and Design Team blog yet? If you have a chance, please hop over there and welcome the new DT as well as check out Claudia's AMAZING prices! See you over there....she has the new Spellbinders Pendants in stock and I am itching to get my hot little hands on them!

See you back here soon in blogland when I'm officially moved in! And thank you SO much for all your support! I cherish all your time and effort in reading and leaving your wonderfully sweet comments! You guys mean so much to me!

Jessica :)

Die Cuts R Us is proud to bring you...

...well, me! LOL! Along with a bunch of new and talented designers that I am so excited to get to know! BUT, I'll get to that in just a second ;)

Ok, so now...I am posting again because I have another fun announcement!

I have been asked by Claudia, the owner of DieCuts R Us to do Design Team work for her and I am JUST thrilled! Have you guys heard of Die Cuts R Us? She has some of the LOWEST prices and best deals on Cricut cartridges, Nesties, JustRite Stampers, and more! So you can only IMAGINE that with those new Nesties coming out I am just THRILLED to be helping out!

In addition to her wonderful store, the Die Cuts R Us Design Team now has their own blog and there will be some AWESOME Daily activity on there! We will be bringing you tips, tutorials, and fun challenges and I can't wait to see some of you out there participating!

The Challenges will be on Tuesdays, so mark your calendars! And without further adieu, let me introduce you to the rest of the team. I am excited to get to know them!

In the spirit of all the awesome products that DCRU offers, I want to show you a card I made using the Cuttlebug embossing folders, ALSO available at Die Cuts R US!This beautiful Paisley embossing folder is one of my favorites. The quote is a stamp from PaperMakeup stamps and the adorable Tink of course is from The Greeting Farm.

As I'm sure you all know, I rarely create without either embossing folders or Nestabilities, so this is a great fit for me! I hope you'll check out the Die Cuts R Us store...you will be FLOORED when you see how wonderful the prices are! DCRU will have ALL the new Nesties in soon too! And they have the new Pendants IN STOCK! I cannot WAIT!

Happy Shopping and hope to show you all more soon! Thanks Claudia for this opportunity!
