I'm feelin' like a Princess...

...wanna know why?

Because it's Little Paper Shop Monday and I've been asked to stay on as a FULL TIME Design Team Member!!! Isn't that FAB news?? I am so excited and couldn't be happier about receiving Julia's invitation. I have had such a great time so far with my fellow DT gals and am super thrilled about staying on. I've made some amazing friends there so far and the girls are so talented that inspiration just overflows from all of them! WOO HOO!!!

Isn't this little Princess from The Little Paper Shop's {Fairytale Adventures} set just the sweetest? I love her! I used my shimmer chalks from Pebbles, Inc. to color her dress in to match the pretty Aqua paper I used for this card. Since a Princess really can't ever be too girly, I had fun getting crazy w/ the embellishments for this one! I definitely made up for my "no circles/circle embellishments" of any kind card! Pearls, both liquid and solid, flowers, scallops, circles...you name it! The ultimate in girlie-girl!

The only problem? Well....I really should have made two! Good thing there's still time...I heard both my DD's commenting on who would be getting this one :) Thanks for looking and have a great day! Happy hugs and princess kisses,

RECIPE: Cardstock: Aqua Mist & Stampers Select White by Papertrey, Everyday Blessings DP by Papertrey. Stamps: {Fairytale Adventures} by The Little Paper Shop. Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black. Accessories: Copics, Prima Flowers, Kaisercraft Pearls, Pebbles Inc. Pearlescent Chalks, Aqua Mist Swiss Dot Ribbon by Papertrey
UPDATE: I just found out through reading some blog posts today that our e-friend and fellow stamper, Laurie Schmidlin's daughter has been diagnosed with what they think to be a brain tumor and is in the hospital for further testing in Seattle.

My heart goes out to the Schimdlin family and please stay updated on this SCS thread for more information: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=394257
In light of this recent news, I have decided to send my card from today's post to her daughter, Ali. Like the card says, ANYTHING is possible if you believe! I can only hope and pray that what they have found is operable, cancer free, and that this wonderful family gets the strength that they need!! There is an address in Seattle on the SCS thread if you wish to send something to the family as well. take care and thanks for reading this!!
