Do you ever create something based on embellishments instead of getting out your paper and stamps first? I suppose that's not the strangest question...as I'm sure I've even done it before, but usually, I pick the stamp first, then the papers, THEN the embellies.
Today's card uses the adorable Angel Wings Sophia by Paper Pretties. She is ON SALE this week in boutique so check it out! She is definitely one of my favorites, especially for Christmas time! I love the fact that I have so many cutie pies to work with this holiday season...between her and Trim the Tree Sophia, I'm having so much fun!
Anyway, when I found these vintage brads from Making Memories, I was quick to pair it up w/ this Martha Stewart ribbon and I was good to go. I immediately thought to use Kraft paper which is definitely non-traditional but I just love the way this came out. I embossed my white cardstock before running it through some Distress ink, and the rest came together with some Copics and bling!
Thanks for reading and I'll be back with an update on my little guy and another sneak peek for you!
