Patchin' Up my week...

...and trying to get stuff done! SHEESH! I can't believe it's Wednesday already! I hate to complain, but this is just feeling like one of those weeks when I just CAN'T get ahead! Not only do I have a ton that I HAVE to do, but a ton I WANT to do LOL and so I'm just going to sit here and pout that it's not getting done ha ha ha...sorry!

Today is Pretties Wednesday though and that always puts a smile on my face! Two weeks ago, Jackie P. issued a challenge to the Prettie Girls to use patchwork on a card. OIY! Can I tell you I am NOT a patchwork girl LOL! I was at an Archiver's over the weekend with some friends (we'll get to that later :) and found this new Penny Lane DP from My Mind's Eye and knew that it was patchwork worthy, so that was a good find. I have been itching to use our new Hola Chica stamp, so even though I don't usually combine my Spanish flair with Country Kitchen, I was determined to make this work!

The new Hola Chica is the April Stamp of the Month! She is amazing, isn't she? I had a ton of fun coloring in the grapes and the rest of the fruit on her head...she is just too adorable. Are you new to Paper Pretties? Check out all the information you need on the Stamp of the Month club HERE. While you're checking us out, be sure to stop by The Paper Clip, the Paper Pretties blog, for some great ideas, features, and weekly Challenges! You'll be happy you did!

Speaking of challenges, It's MY turn to issue a challenge to my Prettie Peeps this week :) March is definitely a huge month for me...3 out of my kids birthdays in this month alone! Can you believe it! DH's too! So, in honor of that, my challenge to the Prettie Girls is to simply, make a birthday card! It can be for a child, friend, relative, etc. That's all! Painless (I hope!), right girls? *bats eyelashes*

Have a Prettie wonderful Wednesday, everyone!
