I got Kraft-y this weekend....Did YOU?

Haha...I did :)  And it felt GOOD to be with my stamps!  Now that the holidays have wound down it was nice just to spend a quiet weekend at home, playing a bunch with my kiddos while they're still soaking up the last few days of Christmas break, and I did manage to get in some stamping time...YAY!

I was out of Kraft paper for the LONGEST time...I finally got more the other day and well, haha, one card became FOUR, all using Kraft paper!

I am SO loving the January Kit, are you guys enjoying the previews?  I hope so!  If you've been busy this weekend and haven't gotten the chance to check, you can now view the entire Kit on the UNITY website, along with the Scrapbooking kit as well!   Some FABULOUS new rubbah coming your way!

So, yeah, a technique you guys PROBABLY have a hunch I'm in love with these days if you've been to my blog lately?  RIBBON PLEATING.   JOY!  I don't know WHY I'm so addicted to this new (to me) technique but it makes me insanely happy and I hope you guys don't get sick of it, HA!  This card's ribbon pleating technique is actually inspired by THIS card made by my friend and fellow Unity DT member Julie Campbell!  She is MEGA talented, and actually I have more on that in just a sec...

I really adore the different things you can do, too with the VERY cute flower in this kit.   I got on a button kick this weekend too, so when a whole box of 'em arrived at my door I broke some out and had a BLAST creating with it!

What different techniques are YOU guys into at the moment?  Tell me about it!  I'd love to know!

Before I let you go, I have something fun to show you :)  It's no secret that I LOVE bags, and well, my friend and fellow Unity DT member JULIE CAMPBELL made THIS bag on her blog a few weeks ago and as soon as I saw it, I said, I NEED THAT!!!   Well, I'm pleased to report that she was nice enough to sell it to me and HERE it is!

I am a little ashamed, but mostly excited to say that I have another one on order :)  Check out her Etsy store-she'll be adding a few more shortly :)  I LOVE them and I know you will love them, too!

Check out the detailing on the cute pocket and this awesome handmade flower:

Thank you SO much for spending your Monday with me and I'll be back tomorrow to hang w/ y'all!

HUGS,
Jess :)

I am loving these Kraft Unity cards lately! They are awesome!! So, tell me, how do you store your stamps? Because I recently stopped my Unity subscription because there are just so many stamps in each kit (I know, what a thing to complain about!!) and I am running out of room to put things!! I really want to re-subscribe, though, but I have to figure out some storage solutions! (I keep mine in CD cases right now, but the Unity kits take 5 cases!!) :-)Traci
