Chapter 18: Crazy for Daisy Chains and some Ninja action?...

CHAPTER 18: Crazy for Daisy Chains...

Alice was beginning to get very tired of sitting by her sister on the bank, and of having nothing to do: once or twice she had peeped into the book her sister was reading, but it had no pictures or conversations in it, and where is the use of a book, thought Alice, without pictures or conversations? So she was considering in her own mind, (as well as she could, for the hot day made her feel very sleepy and stupid,) whether the pleasure of making a daisy-chain was worth the trouble of getting up and picking the daisies, when a white rabbit with pink eyes ran close by her. "

Hello everyone!
We have lots of fun to share today here at Oh, Alice! We have a fun new sketch w/ a twist from our very own Tasha.

Here's the sketch:

The Twist? Use a DAISY or some sort of similar flower and incorporate it on your card! Nothin' like a little FLOWER POWER to kick start your mojo, Alice always says!

What's more? We have a WONDERFUL Sponsor today, Tickled Pink Stamps! Our friend and fellow Tea Party Member, our dear "TWISTY KRISTY" has organized a wonderful prize today from Tickled Pink Stamps! One lucky winner from this week's entries will receive their choice of a single LOLITA stamp in RUBBER!

Want to see these cute stamps in action? Our own Twisted Thirteen got to play with these super-fun stamps!  Check out "Evie":

Ok, so this is kind of a funny story.  I was absolutely crooning for this kit "Accidentally Kelly Street" by the Pink Ninja Addicts.   Are you familiar with them?  I met these fun ladies at CHA and have been following their AMAZING scrapbooking Blog.

Anyway, the day finally arrived and my kit came.  Now, as a funny aside, my husband got QUITE the giggle *or two when a box arrived addressed to "Ninja Jessica Diedrich".  He is STILL giving me grief for this but I don't care, ha ha.

Check out the beautiful box and packaging:

Inside, the kit is chock full of pretties!  Check out those CUTE handmade felt flowers!  Wait til you see what all is in here-tulle, fabrics, ribbons, even a pink plastic skull, white rabbit, Alice FLAIR (sooo brings me back to the 80's!) and crocheted flowers too.  My little "daisy" came from the kit as well.   Serious CUTENESS!  I totally want to be a Pink Ninja when I grow up!

Want to play along and get Crazy for Daisies and get sketchy too? Hooray! We'd lo
ve to have you! Just upload your card or creation to our InLinkz system on the Oh, ALICE blog and use OAC18 if you're using a public gallery such as SCS. You have until FRIDAY, JUNE 25th at 8pm CST to enter to WIN this fabulous prize from Tickled Pink! Can't wait to see how you get twisty this week!

HAVE FUN!
