Thanks so much for coming by today for Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge. Before I begin though, I just wanted to apologize for being a little scarce around here lately, esp when it comes to commenting on your blogs. I have been spending some quality time with family these past few days as I try the very best I can to help my sweet, dearest husband cope with the loss of his father on Sunday night. I'm very grateful for God's peace and constant intervention in our lives. Your prayers and Facebook messages have meant the world to my DH and I thank you all for your wonderful hearts!
I made a card today, not my normal style using one of my FAVORITE Unity kits EVER, "Le Chic Vintage". It's one of the most beautiful stamping/scrapbooking kits I've ever seen from Unity and I just got it not too long ago and can't wait to use more of it!
Here's Mercy's Tuesday sketch for you today:
My card uses the new "Thrift Shop" paper pack (LOVE!) from October Afternoon and one of the wonderful sentiments from the LeChic Vintage kit. These wonderful sentiments are everything I want for my DH and children, and now that we are starting a new chapter in our lives it's what I want for all of us, actually. Here's to good times ahead with the precious ones that I love so much...
