Summer FUN on the 4th!...

Hey, everyone!

HAPPY 4th of July!

I am a little sad we are already into this month as July 1st marked exactly ONE MONTH left til the 1st day of school.  This summer is FLYING by, and since it's my favorite time of year, it's a bit bittersweet.

However, we will NOT let that get us down as we still are planning on enjoying EVERY last minute of SUMMER!

That being said, I made a card to echo my sentiment using The Greeting Farm's new "SUMMER FUN" set, featuring Oliver and Amelia...they are SO cute!  It's MYSTERY MONDAY over on the Farm Fresh  Challenge Blog and we are CASE'ing THIS card by former Farmer, Melyssa Connolly!  Here is my card:

The Cosmo Cricket "Salt Air" 6x6 stack was perfect for this card, don't you think?...and hey, now that I know that Helmar Premium Craft Glue also doubles as some glossy effects, I used it on the swim mask again ;)  Had to!  Well, we are off to the pool, actually, just like little Oliver here, but be sure to visit the Farm Fresh Challenge blog and the blogs of the Challenge DT too!

Thanks everyone...and ENJOY the holiday...while remembering that Freedom isn't FREE.  Thanks to ALL our service people, the men and women who sacrifice so much, and their families too.  I read a quote that my sister's boyfriend posted the other day that really resonated with me:
