Operation Julie's Smile...

Hey, everyone... not only is it Farm Fresh Friday Spy-Day today on the Farm Fresh Challenge blog, it's also a special post for a friend and a good cause.

Before I begin, I want to show you a card I made for today's event that "CASE's" a card by Dictionary today in the TGF Gallery!  I hope I did it justice!

Today is a special day because it's also the Operation Julie's Smile Blog Hop!

Julie Ranae is a good friend of mine and the DT Coordinator for The Twinery that we serve on together.  In addition, she is the coordinator for many other teams and is very involved in the stamping community.  She has a big heart and would be the first person to coordinate an even like this for someone else.   Today, we want to help Julie:

A few weeks ago I got an email from Nicole Rixon, owner of the Sweet Stamp Shop which is another team Julie coordinates.  Nicole asked me if I wanted to participate in this special event today and The Greeting Farm is also proud to sponsor today's event!

After a dental emergency a few months ago in which our friend lost her front teeth, follow up visits were estimated with a total cost of over $7,000.  Yikes!  We all get by with a little help from our friends, right?   I've had a donation button here on my sidebar for a few weeks and the purpose of our hop today is not only to encourage giving hearts, but there are over $2,500 worth of PRIZES today from the AMAZINGLY generous stamp companies that I'm blessed to know.  That is one of the great things about this industry.  So many GENEROUS people.  :)

That being said, you're probably just getting here from THE TWINERY's blog.  There are over 120 people on this hop (ANOTHER display of how stampers are some of the KINDEST peeps I know!), so don't get discouraged if you get a little lost along the way.
